A birthday in the RiverPlex Arena is the place for fun! We'll tailor the fun to fit your needs. The basic package includes a birthday attendant, a personalized custom birthday cake from Trefzger's Bakery, ice cream, plates, napkins, spoons, and candles. During your two-hour event, the kids will have 1.5 hours of exclusive open gym time where they can play a variety of games including basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, soccer, rolling racers, obstacle course, parachute, balls, hula hoops, tumbling, climbing apparatus and more. The last half hour of your party you will celebrate with cake, ice cream, etc. For information on Birthday Party Rentals, call Mary at 691-1550 or email her to check on available dates. After Prom & School Lock-In Package
Enjoy the area’s premier after prom & school lock-in location. The RiverPlex has it all: swimming, arena games, ping-pong, and music. This is the perfect place for schools, churches, organizations, or even the family gathering. For more information call 282-1521 or 282-1508.
Field Trip Package
Your school, group or organization can enjoy a day of fun activities inside the RiverPlex’s climate controlled arena and aquatic center. It’s a perfect reward for students, volunteers and educators. Fees are based on number of participants. Call 282-1521 or 282-1508 for details.
Home Party Bazaar
Join us at the RiverPlex on Saturday, March 24 • 9 am-2 pm
One stop shopping at the RiverPlex. Enjoy the day shopping at all your home parties under one roof. RiverPlex Rentals
Book your next event at the RiverPlex, whether it’s a graduation party, “Sweet 16”, shower, business meeting, retreat, lock-in, family reunion, fundraiser or private rental! We have three different areas to choose from:
RiverView Room Rental
The RiverView Room, appropriately named, overlooks the beautiful Illinois River and has over 5,000 square feet. With seating capabilities for up to 150 people, this area is popular for meetings, day camps, banquets, ceremonies, and dining events. The room is also conveniently located near rest rooms.
Hourly rate: $60.
Arena Rental
With 18,000 square feet, the arena includes three basketball courts with partitions, bleachers with seating for up to 300, accessible restrooms and locker rooms, as well as two separate entrances. Hourly rates depend on group size and range from $60/hour per court to $165/hour for the full Arena.
Classroom
The RiverPlex offers three expandable classrooms that combined seat up to 120 people. It provides a nice escape from the office for off-site meetings or programs. Tables and chairs are available as well as access to a kitchen. Rates range from $25-$75 per hour.

Advocates for Access will hold their 3rd Annual Wheel-A-Thon Fundraiser and Disability Awareness event at the RiverPlex along Peoria’s RiverFront. Check-in begins at 9am. For details call 682-3500 or visit www.advocatesforaccess.com Participants and teams must pre-register.

5th Annual Small Wonders Miracle Walk
Saturday, 10/15 • 9 am-12 pm
This family friendly event will include a 3k walk, a silent auction and children’s activities including face painting, balloon designs, and much more. All are invited to join us at this unique event. Last year the event raised over $28,000.00! for the Children’s Hospital of Illinois Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Registration, games & silent auction begin at 9am. Walk begins at 10am. Jingle Bell Run 5K Run/Walk
Saturday, 12/3 • Race begins at 8 am
Jingle Bell Run/Walk is a fun and festive way to kick off your holidays by helping others! Wear a holiday themed costume. Tie jingle bells to your shoelaces. Run or walk a 5 kilometer route with your team members and celebrate the season by giving.
