Format of Program
- 2 group training sessions each week for 10 weeks (2 trainers per team, teams are 6-8 people)
- 1 nutrition session each week for 8 weeks (individual food logs are evaluated each week)
- 1 team challenge each week for 9 weeks
- 1 one hour challenge the last week (all teams compete against one another)
