Come Join our Biggest Loser program run by trained fitness and medical professionals!

 

Kick Off Night Tuesday January 18th

Format of Program

  • 2 group training sessions each week for 10 weeks (2 trainers per team, teams are 6-8 people)
  • 1 nutrition session each week for 8 weeks (individual food logs are evaluated each week)
  • 1 team challenge each week for 9 weeks
  • 1 one hour challenge the last week (all teams compete against one another)
