The e.l.i.t.e. Youth Program is a 10-week in-school job training program aimed at preparing high school youth for competitive employment. Students receive training in social skills, CPR, job interviewing, money management, customer service, and other imperative job skills. Once students have completed the curriculum, they are eligible to apply for certification for a community panel. Students can only graduate from the e.l.i.t.e. program after being certified. e.l.i.t.e. graduates then have the opportunity to interview for a part-time job from an e.l.i.t.e. employer of choice.
